Origin

Grupo Beaumont grew out of managing its own holdings. The house was formed doing what it now offers: buying a building, refurbishing it and running it afterwards.

Scope

The city of Seville, with a preference for the historic centre and the neighbourhoods around it. This market demands knowing the planning rules, the listed status of each property and how long the administration really takes, which is why we do not spread out geographically.

Structure

The business is organised in three areas answering to the same house: development, operation and concierge. That single line of command is why construction decisions are taken with the later operation in mind.

Alliances

Operation is carried out alongside an upper-tier hotel operator, which brings procedure and service standard. Architecture and site management are entrusted to technical teams with proven experience in protected buildings.
