Origin

Grupo Beaumont grew out of managing its own holdings. The house was formed doing what it now offers: buying a building, refurbishing it and running it afterwards, learning on each site what cannot be learnt from reading.

Scope

The city of Seville, with a preference for the historic centre and the neighbourhoods around it. This market demands knowing the planning rules, the listed status of each property and how long the administration really takes. That is why we do not spread out geographically: local knowledge does not travel.

Structure

The business runs on two fronts answering to the same house: acquisition and refurbishment of the buildings, and their operation as accommodation afterwards. That single line of command is why construction decisions are taken with the operation in mind, and not the other way round.

Alliances

Operation is carried out alongside an upper-tier hotel operator, which brings procedure and service standard. Architecture and site management are entrusted to technical teams with proven experience in protected buildings.
