Conceive
We choose the building and decide what it will become before signing. That decision sets the price we can pay, which is why it comes first and not afterwards.
Build
Design, permits and works in the historic centre. Horizontal division, extensions and full refurbishment, with the constraints that building in a protected city imposes.
Operate
The building goes into service with its licence in order and is run to hotel procedure. Whoever refurbished it still answers for the result five years later.
What a smart aparthotel is
A whole building with hotel services and the autonomy of an apartment.
The guest has a kitchen, a living room and a washing machine, and at the same time digital access with no front desk, assistance throughout the stay and maintenance that does not wait to be told. The building is a single property run by a single house, so cleaning, keys and repairs follow one procedure.

The service standard
Operating in alliance
Operation rests on the standard of an upper-tier hotel operator: written procedures, staff training and quality control over every stay. What sets this apart from a holiday flat is not the furniture, it is what happens when something goes wrong at eleven at night.
Concierge
Real assistance during the stay: bookings, transfers, access and advice from people who live in the city. This is where the accommodation stops being a rented flat and becomes an attended stay.
